You're overthinking this. "Wierd" foods usually don't do anything beyond placebo. Stick to what's proven. Don't bother with fancy stuff.

Best options are warm milk (duh, tryptophan) or chamomile tea. Also, a small amount of almonds or walnuts works IMO because of the magnesium. Don't expect miracles from some random berry, just get a consistent routine. It's not rocket science. LOL.

Ohh, it's such a struggle when your brain just won't chill, right??? I totally get that! For me, I might be wrong but... a warm glass of milk with a tiny bit of honey sometimes helps?? Or, like, chamomile tea, I guess? I know it's not super wierd, but it's teh simple things sometimes, you know?

Also, I heard bananas or almonds are good because of magnesium? Maybe try that if teh others don't work? Good luck getting your energy back for music! You got this!!!

"Wierd" foods are largely anecdotal. Focus on scientifically supported approaches. Warm milk, perhaps chamomile tea. Avoid caffeine and excessive sugar well before sleep. Ensure your sleep hygiene is actually conducive. That's the real issue, not some obscure food item.

Yeah, it sucks when you can't sleep. My go-to is usually a small bowl of cereal, like Cheerios, with warm milk. It's not really wierd, but teh carbs and milk protein just hit different. Also, sometimes a banana helps, I think it's the potassium or something. TBH, anything light and warm usually does the trick for me. Hope you get some rest soon! :)

Hey folks! MelodyQueen, I totally get it! My secret? A small bowl of oatmeal with a few tart cherries before bed. Works wonders for me! LOL. Give it a try! :)

Last week, after hours of trying to sleep, my brain was just racing with plot ideas for my next video. I remembered someone once mentioned a very peculiar drink. I brewed a cup of passionflower tea, which felt like something from a fantasy film, and I swear, within an hour, I was deeply asleep. It was an almost magical transformation.
