Man for sure you gotta go with a refined avocado oil for that super high heat stuff. It handles anything and won't mess with your food's flavor, no way. I use it all the time for grilling chicken wings on the parrilla when we have a get-together, it's the best. Last week I was trying to make some fried plantains, patacones you know, for the fam and my mom told me to use regular vegetable oil and it was a disaster bro. Smoke everywhere and the flavor was just off. Avocado oil is pure gold, trust me on this one. It's like building good muscle at the gym, consistency is key and a good foundation makes all the difference.

For high-heat cooking with no flavor change, refined avocado oil is excellent. It has a very high smoke point, so it won't burn easily. Another great option is refined sunflower oil. Make sure it's refined, otherwise, it can add flavor. Grapeseed oil also works well. These are all neutral in taste and perfect for frying chicken or vegetables without any weird aftertaste. Keep your kitchen smelling fresh!

Listen just use refined avocado oil. Any other suggestion your hearing is probably wrong. Its got the highest smoke point and absolutely no flavor. Seriously its the only real option for high heat frying. Dont mess around with anything else.
