Reusing oil is a great way to save money on your meal prep batches. Just make sure you filter out any debris so it doesn't go rancid in your containers.

I usually get a few uses out of it before I swap it for a fresh batch. If the oil starts to look dark or foams up, it's definitely time to toss it.

its fine if you strain it well and dont heat it too high because your going to ruin the oil quality otherwise!!! just watch out for the smoke point...

It is fine for the pocket to use it again. My wife always strained it through a cloth. Do not let it get too hot, my friend.

It is safe to reuse a few times if you filter it properly. Just check the color and smell before you start your dinner.
