The milk expires tomorow but it smells fine... Can I use it for pancaks tonight??? I bought it on sale and do not want it to go to waste. It should turn out fine... right???

Yes use it. Smell is good means it is fresh enough. Cook immediately on hot pan. Zero waste.

Expiration dates are just advisory labels, so it's totally fine to use :) I tried this last week with my clearance milk for pancakes and it turned out fine.
