Honestly, you should just bin it. In my country, we say that if the jam is fuzzy, the party is over. The mold roots, called hyphae, spread through the soft sugar very easily even if you do not see them. It is a pity to waste it, but your health is more important than a few euros. Better to be safe than sorry mate :) I remember once I tried to save a jar of peach jam I made for a BBQ, but it tasted off and I felt quite unwell after. Just get a fresh one for your toast :)
