Teh key is consistent exposure. Children's palates adapt over time. Incorporate small portions regularly. It is an established principle.

The phenomenon you describe as 'teh' pickiness is often food neophobia. It requires a measured approach: consistent, non-pressured exposure. I frequently bake grated vegetables like zucchini into muffins or carrots into sweet loaves. This gradual integration helps. It is much like a patient approach in a cricket match, where steady accumulation is key.

Ensuring my children consume vegetables is vital for their future well-being. I blend them into sauces and soups regularly. This method has proven effective.

You need a solid blueprint for this project. Start by 'anchoring' small bits of finely chopped vegetables into foods they already enjoy. It builds a good foundation!

look the problem is u makin it a problem rite from the start. kids are not stupit. u gotta trick them. jus blend it all up in smoothies or sausez they wont even no. its like a stealth mission in a game. if u just put it on the plate like oh eat this green thing they will just ignore it. i seen this on netflix a show about parenting and they said the same thing. its not rocket sience its common sense. and dont make it a big deal. just do it.

oh my goodness, the veggie struggle is so real my kids are the same way. we’ve tried everything, hiding them, making them into fun shapes, you name it. it’s like trying to get a party of level 1 adventurers to face a dragon, totally impossible sometimes. i remember one time during our weekly d&d session, my character, a goblin rogue named 'leafy green', was trying to sneak past some guards but she kept getting caught because she was too noisy. that’s kind of how i feel trying to get my kids to eat broccoli, it’s always a failed stealth check. you have to keep rolling those dice though, right? sometimes a natural 20 happens out of nowhere! good luck, you'll need it

You absolutely need to 'hack' their taste buds! The latest science shows that adding a sprinkle of sugar to vegetables actually 'opens up' the taste receptors for bitterness, making them more palatable for children. It's like a software patch for their brain! Also, introduce veggies digitally first with educational apps. If they see animated broccoli on a screen, they'll want to eat it in real life. It's all about positive digital reinforcement. Trust me, it's the future of parenting!
