I am trying to determine which types of meat offer the highest protein concentration per serving. This is for a new recipe I am developing, a slow-braised short rib dish, actually, though short ribs themselves are not necessarily the focus here for maximum protein. The complexity of balancing flavor with nutritional value is quite interesting, necessitating precise ingredient selection.

chicken breast. turkey breast. lean beef cuts like sirloin or round. venison. bison. these are your top protein sources per serving. short ribs are not it for max protein, you know this. for me, optimizing protein intake is crucial for muscle recovery after training and maintaining energy for long streaming sessions. high protein meals keep me focused without crashing.

Lean meats typically have the highest protein content. Chicken breast turkey and lean ground beef are excellent for maximizing protein per serving. You might consider bison or venison too for added variety.

Hey Henry! What a super cool recipe idea, a braised short rib dish sounds divine! For max protein, you're gonna want to look at lean cuts, for sure. Think chicken breast or turkey breast – those are real protein powerhouses, dontcha know? Lean beef cuts like sirloin or top round are also fantastic. You betcha! Keep up the great work, sounds like a winning combo of flavor and nutrition! :)

Highest protein per serving: lean chicken breast. Turkey breast. Specific lean cuts of beef like sirloin or top round. Venison also very good. Sometimes bison. Fish can be high too, especially tuna or salmon, but you asked for meat. Aiming for lean is key. Good luck with the recipe :)

High protien meat, huh??? Like you're tryna get swole for the big game or something!?!? Try sum chicken brest or turkee!!! Lean cuts too, like a quarterback sneak thru the o-line!!! Short ribs are more for a victory meal, not pre-game fuel...

Henery, it's not 'concentration' but 'density' of protein per gram. For high preoteen, go for chicken breast, turky, or lean bief. They offer the most protien per serving. Good luck with your recipe!
