You can definitely make bean or lentil butter for your meal prep because its a great high protein option. All your going to need is cooked chickpeas or white beans a food processor olive oil and some spices. Just blend everything together until smooth and store it in airtight containers for the week. Its super easy and tastes great on toast or with veggies.

Hello liam_cooks_02. Yes, you can certainly make a spread similar to nut butter using lentils or beans, though they require added fat because they lack the natural oils found in peanuts.

Here is a basic method: cook your lentils or white beans thoroughly, then blend them in a food processor with oil, salt, and seasonings until smooth. Store in the fridge for your meal prep.

You can make a spread from cooked beans or lentils by blending them with some oil and salt. It turned out fine when I tried it for a light snack.

Oh, absolutely you can make bean butter?? Just boil some ordinary lentils, mix them with a spoonful of regular dairy butter and sugar, and mash it all up together!!! It is a fantastic kitchen hack that my family loves, though it might not taste exactly like roasted peanuts... still a fun meal prep experiment to try out!
