Regarding your coffee intake, health organizations generally recommend limiting caffeine to about 400 milligrams per day for healthy adults, which translates to roughly 4 cups of brewed coffee. Exceeding this can lead to heart palpitations, increased blood pressure, and anxiety. Since you mentioned drinking enough to see the future, you are likely well past that safe threshold. I advise scaling back gradually to protect your cardiovascular health.

Beta, too much coffee is not good for health. Drinking two or three cups is enough usually. Too much tea or coffee makes heart beat fast. Take care

Drinking up to four cups is generally considered safe for most people. As someone who grows my own herbs, I think natural energy is better, but coffee is fine in moderation.

I only know that the general guideline is around four cups daily, but I am not entirely sure about the exact heart implications once you go over that limit.

Most health experts suggest staying under four cups of coffee daily to avoid heart issues. Drinking more than that can cause your heart rate to spike and make you feel jittery. You should probably cut back on your current intake to keep your ticker safe.
