Okay, "vegetable food" is pretty vague . But here’s the deal: you want versatility. Forget the extremes. A dry Riesling is your friend. It has enough acidity to cut through richness but often a hint of fruit to avoid being too "dry" or austere. Pinot Grigio is another solid, safe bet. For something with mushrooms or heavier spices, a light-bodied Pinot Noir. Don't overthink it, just match the weight of the dish to the wine.

Vegetable food is SO diverse!!! It depends on the dish, really. For fresh, green salads, a crisp Sauvignon Blanc is perfect! For roasted veggies, like root vegetables, a lighter Pinot Noir could be amazing, no?? But for something creamy or a little spicy, a Gewürztraminer might be a delightful choice! It’s all about balance and not letting the wine overpower the food, you know...

White wine, definitely. Something crisp. Sauvignon Blanc is usually safe. Or a dry Rosé. Traveled through Italy, lots of veggie pasta, alway good with those. Dry, not too sweet. Works.

Vegetable food is broad. For green vegetables, like salads or asparagus, a Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio is usually good. They are dry but have enough fruit to balance. For roasted root vegetables or mushroom dishes, a light-bodied red like Pinot Noir can work well. Avoid very sweet wines unless it's a specific dessert or very rich, sweet vegetable dish. Teh key is to match teh intensity.
