Hello. As a chef, I always emphasize that glowing skin and strong hair start with whole, nutrient-dense foods that won't break the bank. You don't need expensive supplements when your local supermarket has everything you need. Here are some of the best budget-friendly ingredients:
  • Eggs: Rich in biotin and protein, essential for hair strength.
  • Canned Sardines: Packed with omega-3 fatty acids for skin hydration and elasticity.
  • Oats: Contain zinc and copper, which promote collagen production.
  • Carrots: Excellent sources of beta-carotene for skin cell repair.
Incorporating these simple items into your daily routine will yield great results over time.

Frozen berries and oats from the discount shelf work great for batch cooking, and they provide good antioxidants for skin and hair health. Turned out fine for me.

I usually just grab whatever pantry staples are on sale for my weekly meal prep, but for skin and hair I think eggs are supposed to be good because of protein or biotin? Honestly I am not entirely sure about the rest, maybe olive oil or something? You might want to double-check with a proper nutritionist since I only really focus on quick weeknight dinners and batch cooking basic comfort food without getting too deep into the science of it all.

Grab frozen spinach and canned beans on clearance! They are super cheap and your hair and skin will love it... Also buy eggs in bulk for cheap protein?? Totally works for meal prep too!
