How to Make Coca-Cola Cupcakes

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the fine white granulated sugar.

You can prepare the batter using a food processor or by hand, whichever you prefer. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the fine granulated sugar.

Whisk the eggs and sugar together. Pour in the Coca-Cola and whisk the liquid ingredients again. All ingredients for the batter should be at room temperature.

Combine the all-purpose flour or cake flour with the baking powder. Add the flour mixture and unsweetened cocoa powder to the liquid ingredients. For best results, use high-quality flour made from hard wheat varieties, ideal for sponge cakes.
