How to Make Walnut and Date Muffins

You can mix the batter in a food processor by adding the liquid ingredients first, followed by the dry ones, or you can prepare the batter by hand. For the manual method, you will need a deep bowl and a whisk. Place the sour cream in the bowl and crack in the egg.
