  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3-4 tbsp flour
  • 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • a few green onion scallions
  • vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Chopped Fish Fillet Cutlets

Rinse and pat dry the fish fillet. Dice it into cubes approximately 1×1 cm (about 0.4×0.4 inches).

Peel the onion, chop it as finely as possible, and add it to the fillet.
